In a short confirmation letter from Kerstin Heige on January 21, 1969 to curator Leif Johansson at Södertälje konsthall, one gets the impression that there was not always such a long anticipation of an opening. The letter states that the exhibition will be shown from 1 March – 1 April 1969. In a letter addressed to all school children, teachers and others from Södertälje konsthall, you get further information that the end date will be 26 March. A special activity room is set up in the exhibition with an invitation to art teacher to bring material.

At the same time, the exhibition POLYGRAPHY is shown here, you can directly buy graphic sheets by famous artists such as Sven Erixson (X:et), Staffan Hallström, Svend Wiig Hansen, Roj Friberg, Alf Olsson, Ola Billgren and others. For only a few coins.

Södertälje konsthalls Leif G O Johansson is happy to show the exhibitions during the day as well as in the evening, but call first and book an appointment is to be read in the same mailing. Södertälje konsthall is very generous with opening hours every day of the week. Monday – Friday 12-20, Saturday 12-17, Sunday 12-18.

In another letter dated 13 February, commissioned by Per Albertsson at Blombackaskolan, the city’s drawing teachers and head teachers at primary and middle school are invited for a meeting and presentation of the exhibition at the art gallery before the opening.
