Saltskog Gård – our own museum!

Monday 15 June – Thursday 18 June 10-15

Welcome to the art camp! For four days we work together with inspiration from things and stories around us. In this workshop we will think about our own stories. Through storytelling and creation we will get to know the place and history – today and into the future. We work with sculpture, color, shape and different ways of looking at everyday things.We create our own museum!Practical info: Monday 15 June we are at Torekällbergets friluftsmuseum, Källgatan 15.

Tuesday 16 June, Wednesday 17 June and Thursday 18 June we are at Saltskog Gård, Förvaltarvägen 53.

Time: 10-15 every day.

Registration: Limited number of places. Registration is valid for the entire week 15-18 June.

Suitable for ages 7-14. Bring a packed lunch and comfortable clothing that is suitable for creating.

Monday, June 15, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Gathering at Torekällberget Open Air Museum. We look at the collections and exhibitions and get guided tours of closed storage areas with objects. What’s here? We work all day at Torekällberget and finish at 3 p.m.

Tuesday, June 16, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Gathering at Saltskog Gård. We look at the historic houses and investigate environments. We work with sculpture in different materials.

Wednesday, June 17, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Gathering at Saltskog Gård. We continue creating and testing different materials.

Thursday, June 18, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Last day. We work with our projects and compile them into an exhibition. At 3 p.m. we end the workshop with a big opening and everyone is invited!
